This policy explains what data the website shejire.valmaty.kz (the “Shejire” project, individual entrepreneur Baigurzhin Shyngys) collects, why, and how we use it.
What data we receive
- The family tree data you enter in an order: names, years of life, places, notes about ancestors, the family name, and for the book also photographs of ancestors.
- Service information about the order: the chosen format and design, the date, whether it was paid, the page and the source of the visit (for example, an ad tag).
- The fact that the WhatsApp and “Call” buttons were pressed, without your personal data.
Bank card details are entered on the side of the Robokassa payment service. We do not receive or store them.
In the free builder on the home page, names are stored only in your browser until you place an order.
Why
To build your tree, poster or book, show them to you through a personal link and let you download the files. For this, data is passed to the OpenAI neural network: the design style for drawing the background and the notes about ancestors for the book text. Photographs are not passed to the neural network. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising.
Where the data is stored
On the Cloudflare servers where the site runs. An order opens only through a personal link with a secret key. Brief notifications about new and paid orders (format, amount, code, number of names) reach us in a Google Sheet and Telegram.
How long we keep it
The order, files and photos are stored for about 13 months so that you can come back and download them again. At your request we will delete them earlier.
Your rights
You can find out what data about you is stored, correct it or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us on WhatsApp, call +7 700 461 00 92 or write to [email protected], stating the order code.
Analytics and cookies
The site does not use analytics services or advertising pixels. Your browser stores a draft of the order and the link to the latest order so that you do not lose them. If this changes, we will update the policy.
